Our Mission
The main focus of Black Mermaid Shoppe is to do our part to make sure that any person from 1-99 who loves fantasy can see themselves represented! NO MORE painting statues trying to turn them into Black Mermaid Figurines!! Or wishing you could find a Mermaid in a wheelchair! We are dedicated to this mission and determined to become a central place to find rare and unique POC (persons of color) Mermaid and Fantasy related items for communities that have been left out for so long! We are doing this from scratch by CREATING some of these items so they can exist. Each item is designed with us in mind and at Heart. Please be patient with us and support us in this mission! Sharing and interacting helps us get closer and closer to the goal of everyone being included in fantasy! in fantasy!
With that being said, I want to eventually be using REAL MerFolk and FaeFolk within our community as inspiration so the world can know that...
